Los Angeles-based Noah Conrad is a producer, multi-instrumentalist and composer. Noah’s versatile sound accommodates a wide range of contemporary music from pop to jazz - and everything in between. 

Noah grew up immersed in the thriving jazz scene in Portland, Oregon. He moved on to the Berklee College of Music in Boston for college before settling in Los Angeles.

Known as an avid and eager collaborator, his focus today is on pop production, and commercial music writing and production.

Having picked up the trumpet at age 8, trumpet playing has been a huge part of Noah's life.  After many years studying the jazz greats and perfecting his technique, he eventually found a spot playing at some of the largest jazz festivals in the world, such as The Monterey Jazz Festival, The Montreal Jazz Festival and The Vannes Jazz Festival.

Equally comfortable in the lead or solo chair, he has been a member of numerous bands including The 98 Project, The Beantown Swing Orchestra, and Kyle Thornton and the Company. He has performed with many other bands including RIPE, Hal Crook's Behind These Eyes, and RickExpress.

As a session player, he has worked in the studio on a wide variety of recordings with vocalists, R&B groups, jazz combo and big bands, and can be heard playing lead trumpet on 2 tracks, “Hold On Me,” and “City of Roses,” on Esperanza Spalding’s Grammy-award winning album Radio Music Society.

Composing and Production

From his Los Angeles studio, Noah writes, arranges, and produces music for commercial and performance uses across multiple genres. His work covers everything from classic big band to modern pop. Always eager to collaborate, he enjoys the creative process of working with other musicians to bring a project to life.
